I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing great communication before my arrival. They even assisted with transportation and ticket arrangements. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, from the rooms to the surrounding areas such as the pool and breakfast area. The hotel facilities were in excellent condition, and the breakfast served was delicious, especially the sweet items.

The location of the hotel is a bit remote, but they offer a shuttle service to the main area. the staff is really friendly and helpful, and they always try to accommodate our needs. the rooms are clean, and some of them have a nice view of the surrounding garden or pool. the breakfast is delicious, especially the sweet options.
The communication with the staff could have been better.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They provided us with all the necessary information about the city and the transportation options. the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, especially the sweet treats. the location of the hotel was ideal, being situated in a quiet and beautiful area.
The communication with some of the hotel staff was a bit challenging as they couldn't speak English or Spanish. This made it difficult to get certain information or address any concerns.

Enjoyed my Xmas stay at this hotel! The breakfast was amazing and the pool was fantastic. The staff were always friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. The shuttle service was great and made it easy to get around to nearby attractions without any hassle.
The location was a bit far from some of the main areas and attractions, which made it difficult to explore on foot. , the shuttle service could have been more regular and flexible to accommodate guests' needs.
